Scholarship allows graduate to finish 3 degrees with no debt

A unique program in Prince George’s County allows students to graduate from college without debt. The PG3D Scholarship program launched several years ago and serves hundreds of students. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports one of the first students graduated Friday afternoon.
