Prince George's won't expand post-prison program

Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks vetoed funding for a crime reduction program for young adult prisoners. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports the bill’s sponsor said he was shocked by the veto, but the county executive says it was strictly a budget decision.
