Prince George's County Police Officer Accused in Hit-and-Run

A Prince George’s County police officer is suspended and now under investigation for his alleged role in a hit-and-run over the weekend. Correction (Sept. 7, 2021, 11:55 a.m.): An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that an officer involved was arrested. The officer has not been charged or arrested as of Tuesday morning, Prince George’s County police said.
