Young boy shot and killed, mother wounded in Langley Park

A young boy was shot and killed outside an apartment complex in the Langley Park area of Prince George’s County Thursday evening. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports. Note: Police initially said the child was 3 years old, but on Friday revised his age to 2.
