Prince George's County hands out free sandbags ahead of Tropical Storm Debby flooding

In preparation of potential flooding from Tropical Storm Debby, Prince George’s County is distributing sandbags starting at 8 a.m. Thursday morning. Residents can pick them up in Brandywine, Ammendal and on D’Arcy Road with a valid I.D. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
