Officials say a man escaped from police custody early Monday morning in Fauquier County, Va.
According to police, deputies tried to take LaFonzo French into custody at approximately 5:30 a.m. when he got away.
Police recommend those living in the Midland area near Branch Road lock their doors and windows.
French has a long list of felony drug charges, and was wearing white boxer shorts when he escaped.
