Police identify 24-year-old man killed at Prince George's vigil honoring 3 former football players

A 24-year-old man named Shahid Omar Jr. from Upper Marlboro, Maryland was shot and killed at the vigil honoring the three former Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. High School football players who died in a car crash, police say. Police are still investigating the crime.
