Plow Crew Dumped Snow Onto Cleared Sidewalks in Fairfax County

Residents of West Springfield, Virginia, cleared the sidewalks and thought they were done — until a plow crew dumped heaps of snow from the street right onto the sidewalks. As News4’s Chris Gordon reports, it was all caught on camera.
