Some Orange County residents advised to stop all water use; viewers report diesel smell

The Rapidan Service Authority told residents and businesses in eastern Orange County, Virginia, to stop all water use immediately. The authority said it’s investigating possible contamination after customers reported a strange taste in water and a diesel smell.
