Opera Star Denyce Graves Launches ‘Shared Voices' at Howard University

Mezzo-soprano opera star Denyce Graves launched “Shared Voices” at Howard’s Boseman School of Fine Arts. The Denyce Graves Foundation’s flagship initiative is a collaboration of students, faculty and administrators at HBCUs and classical arts institutions. At the kickoff, Graves was presented the Medal of Freedom and a Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of President Biden.
