One person is dead after a two-car crash in Prince George’s County, Md., early Saturday morning.
Police said two cars – a black sedan and a gold SUV – collided along Indian Head Highway in Fort Washington, Md., around 4:30 a.m. They said the sedan hit the SUV, then veered off the road and hit a tree.
The driver of the sedan was transported to the hospital, but was pronounced dead. The victim has not been identified.
Traffic in the area was stopped as investigators took a look at the scene, but lanes are reopening throughout the morning.
