Woman describes close call with Virginia ambulance theft suspect

A woman who was sitting near Gravelly Point on Saturday afternoon said a man accused of stealing multiple vehicles, including an ambulance, tried to lure her into a truck during the mayhem. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey spoke to her.
