Virginia man pleads guilty to killing wife with a hammer

A Loudoun County man accused of killing his estranged wife while he already had a protective order against him and was wearing a GPS monitor pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and other crimes Thursday. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey has reaction from the prosecutor and the victim’s family.
