Union leaders call for changes to Alexandria arena proposal

Organized labor groups are rallying against the proposal to move the Washington Capitals and Wizards to Virginia. Labor unions say the developer of the proposed sports and entertainment district in Potomac Yard won’t agree to terms that protect workers’ rights and fair wages.
