‘Supposed to happen to me': Arlington man convicted in mistaken identity murder

A Fairfax County jury convicted a man in the brutal killing of a woman last year in an apartment building in the Seven Corners area. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports he mistook the victim for his intended target: his ex-girlfriend.
