Standoff ends outside CIA headquarters in Virginia

A suspect surrendered after an hours-long standoff outside CIA headquarters in McLean. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Drew Wilder reports the large police presence lasted most of the day, shutting down busy Route 123 from about 10 a.m. until about 3:30 p.m.
