Purcellville Council proposed eliminating police department

A small town in western Loudoun County is bracing for a major change that some feel could leave their community less safe. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Drew Wilder reports the Purcellville Town Council shocked the community when it initiated a plan to eliminate the town’s police department.
