Program aims to increase parking turnover in Arlington

A small pressure sensor about the size of a beverage coaster has been embedded in roughly 4,500 street parking spaces in busy areas of Arlington, Virginia. News4’s Jackie Bensen explains that the program aims to increase short-term parking turnover, and yes, some spaces now cost more.
