Prince William Co. cold case goes to grand jury

Prince William County prosecutors laid out their case against the man charged in connection with the murder of a Nokesville man who’s body hasn’t been found in 14 years. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports the judge heard enough to move the case to the grand jury.
