Police urge prosecutor to take safe ride home with friends

Police were called when one of Fairfax County’s top prosecutors refused to leave a late-night spot in Manassas. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports she was the one at risk of getting arrested and charged with being drunk in public.
