Fairfax County aims to help inmates overcome substance abuse disorders

A group of congressional lawmakers toured the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on Monday to learn more about a successful recovery program that’s changing lives. News4’s Mauricio Casillas got an inside look at the work that’s being done to rehabilitate those dealing with addiction behind bars.
