Dominion Energy pauses tree-cutting project along W&OD Trail

Dominion Energy paused an aggressive tree-cutting project along the W&OD Trail that alarmed residents, trail users and elected leaders. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports in the past week, five county boards or councils strongly urged Dominion to stop the work and reconsider its approach.
