Crystal City Underground to close in the fall

One of the more bizarre local shopping experiences will close this year. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Drew Wilder reports Crystal City Underground’s property owner is shutting down the tunnel-like mall that’s charmed shoppers for more than half a century.
