Man on trial for murder claims he shot construction workers in self-defense

A man on trial for an alleged double murder in Alexandria in July 2022 admits he shot and killed two construction workers but claims he shot them in self-defense during a fight near the site where they were working. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Drew Wilder has the latest details from court.
