2 shootings on same Manassas street just hours apart

Police say they responded to a report of a shooting Tuesday evening on Taney Road, then just 30 minutes after clearing the scene, police returned to the same location for another shooting where they found a person shot in the neck. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Drew Wilder spoke to witnesses who described the violence differently than police.
