New Speed Limit Signs on Wisconsin Ave. Cause Confusion

New speed limit signs are causing confusion along a busy road in Montgomery County. New signs posted on Wisconsin Avenue in Chevy Chase say the speed limit is 15 mph. News4’s Chris Gordon reports on who posted them and why you may not have to worry about getting a ticket.
