National Mall Underground Parking Proposed

A group dedicated to conserving the National Mall is proposing an idea to building a huge parking garage directly underneath it. The idea isn’t as farfetched as it sounds. News4 Transportatoin reporter Adam Tuss shows us why the garage wouldn’t just bring new parking spots.
