Mourners Nearly Hit at Vigil for Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run

As friends and family held a vigil for a woman killed by a hit-and-run driver in Southeast D.C., a car jumped the curb, nearly hitting the mourners themselves. News4’s Jackie Bensen was there when things turned dangerous.
