Mother of 6 Shot and Killed on Anacostia Freeway

Court documents say several people, including a nurse and an off-duty EMT, stopped to help a woman shot to death on the Anacostia Freeway. Passion Pleasant’s sister told News4’s Paul Wagner her family is devastated by the murder that has left six children without a mother.
