Montgomery County Board of Ed approves interim superintendent

The Montgomery County Board of Education unanimously voted to appoint Dr. Monique Felder interim superintendent. The appointment comes after former Superintendent Monifa McKnight agreed to leave her post after an inspector general report showed the district mishandled complaints of employee misconduct.
