Md. Man Dies Beneath Tractor in Snow-Plowing Incident

A Frederick County man died after being pinned beneath a farm tractor while plowing snow from a private driveway.

Joshua Windsor, 34, of Walkersville was pronounced dead at the scene Thursday night, the Frederick County Sheriff's Office said.

It happened on Harp Road, about six miles northeast of Frederick.

Cpl. Andrew Crone said Windsor was standing behind the tractor, between the rear wheels and a plow attachment, when the vehicle moved and knocked him down.
