Mayor Bowser Plans to Put Affordable Housing in Affluent Neighborhoods

D.C.’s mayor says for years the District’s long-range plan for developing the city discriminated against African Americans and low-income families. News4’s Mark Segraves reports that she plans to reverse those policies by pushing more affordable housing into affluent neighborhoods.
