Maryland officer who lost legs after being hit by teen driver is released from hospital

In an emotional sendoff, Sgt. Patrick Kepp was released from a hospital in Baltimore and transferred to Walter Reed after having both legs amputated after getting hit by a teen driver. News4’s Aimee Cho reports.
