Maryland man charged with sex assaults of three young teens

Police say as far back as December of last year, Irvin Portillo, 28, of Damascus, Maryland, began sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl and at one point, according to a charging document, “claimed” her as his “girlfriend.” News4’s Paul Wagner reports.
