Maryland governor signs high-profile bills into law

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore held his final bill signing for the legislative session Thursday in Annapolis, including a law allowing for notifications like Amber Alerts when a person with disabilities is missing and a bill closing a loophole in Noah’s Law, which was named after a Montgomery County police officer who was struck and killed by a drunken driver.
