Maryland governor pardons 175,000 marijuana offenders

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore issued full pardons to more than 175,000 people convicted of simple marijuana and paraphernalia possession. The governor called executive order the most sweeping state-level pardon in any state. News4’s Paul Wagner reports.
