Man Who Shot Girlfriend Should Have Been in Jail, Family Says

The family of Schakina Perkins-Moody, 34, says her boyfriend never should have been out of jail. The mother of three was fatally shot by him Tuesday at a gas station, police say. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports.
