Man Shot to Death in Silver Spring Parking Garage

A man was shot and killed Wednesday night inside a parking garage in Silver Spring. News4’s Derrick Ward reports Montgomery County police say the man was out to dinner with his family when he was shot in the Wayne Avenue garage.
