Man in Motorized Wheelchair Among People Shot in DC on Christmas Eve

Three people — one of whom was in a motorized wheelchair — were shot on Christmas Eve in broad daylight in Southeast D.C. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports they are all expected to survive.
