Police are investigating the death of a North Carolina man whose body was found Monday in water near Georgetown.
The body was found in the water on the 2900 block of K Street NW about 5:20 p.m. Monday.
After finding no signs of life, officials identified the man as Ronald Arthur Windsor, 47, of Vale, North Carolina.
The Metropolitan Police Department's homicide branch is investigating the case. An autopsy is pending.
