‘We offer our prayers: Man found shot and killed near Catholic University

D.C. police are investigating a shooting that led to a shelter-in-place at Catholic University. Police believe the shooting happened away from the university and the man traveled on a moped toward Catholic University, where he collapsed and died on Michigan Avenue NE at about 8 p.m. News4’s Joseph Olmo reports.
