Prince George's County police arrested a suspect in a homicide in Croom, Maryland.
Officers were called to the 700 block of Crain Highway just before 3 a.m. on Sunday for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, officers discovered 31-year-old James Ryan Burch of Harwood suffering from a gunshot wound. Burch was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police developed 25-year-old Lemuel Alonzo Brown Jr. as a suspect. He turned himself in to police and is charged with first-degree murder.
Brown and Burch knew each other and got into an argument that escalated to the shooting, police said.
