Man indicted in string of ATM robberies at 7-Eleven stores across the DMV

A man has been indicted in a string of ATM robberies at 7-Eleven stores across the DMV, where robbers used hydraulic rescue tools known as “jaws of life” and in some cases made off with security footage.
