Three men and a juvenile face charges related to the death and improper burial of a 16-year-old boy earlier this year, Fairfax County police said.
Armando Dagoberto Reyes Reyes, 27, was arrested July 2 and charged with second-degree murder and abduction by force in the death of a teen, police said.
The victim was 16-year-old Richard Donaldo Hernandez Cruz.
Two other men, Cesar Antonio Ochoa Carillo, 20, and Doroteo E. Diaz Martinez, 20, were arrested and charged as accomplices with unlawful disposal of a body in the case, police said. The juvenile was charged with gang participation, police said.
Hernandez Cruz was reported missing from the apartments at the 4900 block of Beauregard Street in Arlington on April 22 after he left to play soccer, Hernandez Cruz's mother said. His body was found in a grave in Hybla Valley in May, and the body was identified in early June.
Reyes Reyes told police he was a well-known street fighter when he was in El Salvador, investigators say.
Police say Reyes Reyes told them Hernandez Cruz used black magic on a young woman, and he lured Hernandez Cruz into the woods intending to talk to him, not to kill him. Reyes Reyes allegedly admitted to beating Hernandez Cruz using a concrete block and a machete.

The violent nature of the crime led police to call it a gang-related murder.
"We will bring those responsible for this death responsible, I can assure you," Fairfax County Police Chief Ed Roessler said.
