Man arrested after woman found dead inside Ivy City hotel room

A man and a woman checked into the Ivy City Hotel on Feb. 22 and surveillance cameras captured their bizarre movements, which culminated in the woman’s murder. News4’s Derrick Ward takes us through what police say happened.
