WHERE'S BETHANY DECKER?
Leesburg Today: Today marks the 22nd birthday of Bethany Anne Decker, the pregnant Ashburn woman who has been missing since late January, and there is little to report in the investigation into her disappearance, and the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office continues to search for clues that might investigators to her. "There is still no indication of foul play, but there also has been no activity on her bank accounts, e-mail, and she has not been attending her classes at George Mason," sheriff's office spokesperson Kraig Troxell said yesterday."
BAY BRIDGE TOLL INCREASE?
Baltimore Sun: " Users of Maryland toll facilities face what could be the most dramatic across-the-board increases in the state's history under a plan being developed by the Maryland Transportation Authority. The proposed tolls are part of a four-year package of $210 million in increases that would put some of the fattest sacred cows in Maryland's transportation system on the chopping block — increasing Bay Bridge tolls, which have remained frozen since 1975, to $5 this year and $8 in 2013, and commuter rates that haven't been touched in 22 years."

The Enterprise: "Peter John Antonovich didn't care for marijuana until he was sent to Vietnam as a soldier, and found that he didn't have time for the stuff once he got back home and went to work for the telephone company. That was before he started undergoing kidney dialysis a dozen years ago. "I got so sick that I had to retire," the 60-year-old Valley Lee resident said as he sat outside his home. "I lost 85 pounds. I just don't have any appetite."
