Local first responders head to Florida, Georgia to help with Hurricane Helene

Virginia Task Force 1, Maryland Task Force 1 and PEPCO are headed to Florida and Georgia to help out with Hurricane Helene. Gov. Glenn Youngkin has also issued a state of emergency in preparation of heavy rain as remnants of the storm come into Virginia on Friday. News4’s Megan McGrath reports.
