‘Legal Counsel for the Elderly' celebrates 50 years of service in DC

Legal Counsel for the Elderly in D.C. is celebrating 50 years of helping elderly in need. The counsel is a charitable affiliate of AARP that helps anyone 60 years old or older experiencing challenges in their life and helps those who are low income. News4’s Molette Green reports.
