Juneteenth celebrations underway in Bowie

Even though it’s a few days away some parts of the D.C. region already kicked off their Juneteenth celebrations. News4’s Mauricio Casillas reports from Bowie, Maryland, where people were partying, dancing and learning about the significance of the holiday.
