‘It was sad': Fire tears through closed Silver Spring elementary school

A fire at JoAnn Leleck Elementary School in Silver Spring, Maryland raged on for 14 hours starting on Tuesday night. The school was not in use and was slated for demolition. Because of the large fire, the timeline for demolition has been sped up. News4’s Megan McGrath shares how residents felt about seeing the fire engulf a beloved neighborhood school.
